About the role
BayCoast Insurance LLC is seeking a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Producer to join one of the most recognized and trusted local organizations in Southcoast MA and RI.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within our community and through existing BayCoast client relationships, professional networks, and referral partners.
- Meet with individuals and business owners to assess financial protection needs and recommend customized life, accident, disability, and health insurance solutions.
- Present consultative proposals and clearly explain benefits, coverage options, and long-term value to clients.
- Partner with BayCoast’s marketing and service teams to coordinate enrollment, underwriting, and policy servicing for clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication, periodic coverage reviews, and continuous support that drives client loyalty and referrals.
- Accurately track all activity and maintain detailed records of client interactions within CRM.
- Consistently achieve sales and production goals established by the organization.
Qualifications
- Active MA or RI Life, Accident, and Health Producer license, or ability to obtain one promptly.
- Prior experience in life, accident, and/or health insurance sales or a related financial services role (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
- Ability to explain complex insurance products in simple, relatable terms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
