As a Liens Negotiator in the Liens department, you will manage legal cases in the liens stage and negotiate with medical providers to achieve the best outcome for clients’ settlements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with governmental insurance (Medi‑Cal, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc.) and private insurance carriers.
• Negotiate liens with hospitals and healthcare providers on behalf of clients.
• Effectively communicate with doctor’s offices, co‑workers, and clients.
• Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
• Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
• Build strong rapport with potential clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience negotiating liens for personal injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of medical treatment and medical provider types.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Office 365.
• Proactive and detail oriented.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Pay

$33 - $40 per hour depending on experience.
