About the role
You will be working in our Austin, TX location processing orders related to public record research and filing. This role involves working full-time, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
- Utilize Capitol Services’ Order Entry system for processing client orders
- Follow system prompts related to client preferences, Finance department warnings, and other information closely
- Access public record websites for the purpose of researching filed liens and litigation
- Follow established reporting guidelines when building lien search reports based on evidence received
- Submit prepared filings to correspondents or state/county offices directly for filing
- Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing
- Provide training to new hires within the department
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in public record research and filing
- Knowledge of public record websites and systems
