About the role
The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Lien Negotiator to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens while maximizing client recoveries.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions-related matters
- Maintain accurate case documentation and updates in Litify
- Prepare and review closing statements and reductions-related documentation
- Manage assigned files through resolution while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 1 year of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience
- Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities
