Licensure Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide support to facility leadership on all aspects of Medicare and Medicaid enrollments
• Aid in the maintenance and submission of Revalidations, CHOIs, and CHOWs
• Process and monitor applications for ASCs and hospitals
• Review and evaluate complex applications/forms/requests of all Medicare enrollment documentation for accuracy
• Work effectively with other departments/external sources
• Collaborate as part of a team by assisting with other healthcare regulatory related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Understand of Medicare enrollment systems and State Medicaid portals and processes
• Show knowledge of specific application information, documentation, and attestations
• Display understanding and adherence to timelines for various applications
• Display excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Show flexible attitude and open to changes in the day-to-day work schedule
• Show absolute attention to detail
• Show demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience related to provider enrollment, credentialing and privileging
• Four-year college degree preferred
• Strong background in health care operations and/or Compliance preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) certification
