About the Role

Under the supervision of a Licensing Program Manager II, the Licensing Program Manager I (LPM I) oversees and manages a unit of Licensing Program Analysts across multiple regional offices within an assigned geographic territory. This role ensures compliance with licensing regulations, monitors workflow, and provides leadership and guidance to staff to support the effective processing of child care applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of child care applications and licensing processes.
• Plan and conduct individual and group training for Licensing Program Analysts.
• Review complaint investigations and provide technical and supervisory direction in both office and field settings.
• Review monthly intake and production reports to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Act as the Division representative with other agencies, recruit and hire new staff, and meet with facility representatives.
• Recommend administrative actions against noncompliant licensees.
• Maintain and support CCLD Policies and Procedures.
• Travel as required for the role.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.

Pay

$7,416.00 - $9,213.00 per month.
