Licensed Vocational Nurse - PM

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse - PM Division/Program to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. The role offers competitive compensation, generous time off, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care, including medication administration and supervising the nursing activities of unit staff.
• Order, prepare, and document medications according to physician orders and confirm pharmacy deliveries.
• Communicate important information to the team and write weekly client summaries as assigned.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation throughout the shift.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Active, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license.
• Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with medication administration.
• One (1) year of experience treating individuals with mental illness in an inpatient setting (preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR certification.
• First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross).

Pay

Starting Compensation: $28.00 - $30 USD Per Hour

Schedule

PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Fixed two-week rotating schedule with alternating weekends
