About the role

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) administers medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, policies, and regulations. As part of the Health & Wellness team, you deliver industry-leading resident care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate work records
• Follow protocols and provide compassionate care to residents, including those with dementia
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines

Requirements

• Current active LVN/LPN license
• Basic reading, writing, and English-speaking skills
• Experience in gerontological nursing preferred, especially with dementia populations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift up to 50 pounds, and use hands for medication and documentation
