Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status.
- Medication administration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Requirements
- Must have LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Nice to have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care/memory care experience.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Pay
Salary Range: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour. Compensation for roles varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
