Licensed Vocational Nurse/ LVN - NOC

Temecula Recovery Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, is hiring a NOC licensed Vocational Nurse to join their team.

Pay

$32.00 - $36.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure the resident’s total regimen of care is maintained
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as requested
• Periodically review and update the resident’s written discharge plan as required
• Assist in planning the nursing services portion of the resident’s discharge plan
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• Complete injury/incident reports as necessary
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting as necessary
• Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations
• Complete and file required record keeping forms/charts upon the resident’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge

Requirements

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
