Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) - FT Baylor Weekends | PAM Health Clarksville

About the role

This is a full‑time Baylor shift position for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse. The role involves providing nursing care under the direction of an RN, gathering and reporting patient data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age‑ and population‑appropriate manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gather and report patient data.
• Carry out medical orders.
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients in an age‑ and population‑appropriate manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
• Current BLS certification (AHA‑approved) required; must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV certification required within 90 days of employment if mandated by state regulations.
