About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to prescribed orders
- Monitor physiological and psychosocial changes
- Collect and analyze health data
- Document diagnoses
- Deliver care aligned with patient needs
Qualifications
- Active LVN license
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- At least one year of professional nursing experience preferred
