About the role
We are seeking a Unit Manager - LPN responsible for delivering compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare to achieve positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage
- Providing professional guidance and supervision to non-professional staff
- Identifying staff educational needs for training development
- Overseeing medication management to ensure proper supplies and adherence to policies
- Providing direct patient care alongside other nurses to maintain clinical skills
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current state licensure
- At least one year of nurse management experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
