Compassionate Care
This position involves providing care in patients' homes, focusing on:
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' condition
- Documenting all care provided
- Following established care plans
- Assisting with implementing therapeutic interventions
- Providing emotional support and companionship
Qualifications
Requirements include:
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and willingness to drive throughout the South Los Angeles area
- Previous experience as an LVN in Hospice or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- A compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with special needs
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of clients’ medical documentation
Compensation
The compensation for this per diem position is a flat fee of $35 per patient seen.
Work Location
The work location is On the road.
