Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Provide hands-on nursing care for seniors in skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care settings. Deliver compassionate, person-centered support while maintaining dignity and promoting quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and perform ordered treatments.Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.Support and follow person-centered care plans and safety protocols.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.Educate residents and families on care needs and instructions.Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
