About the role
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the assigned unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise daily nursing activities on the assigned unit
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Nurse License
- Valid CPR Certification
- I.V. Certification preferred
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
