Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of a physician.
• Assist medical providers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office.
• Current State LVN/LPN license and CPR certification.
