About the role
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of an assigned unit. New graduates and walk‑ins are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities on the assigned unit.
- Apply knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Nurse License.
- Valid CPR certification.
- I.V. certification preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and long‑term care regulations.

Schedule
- Full‑time, 3 on / 2 off rotation.
- Shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM, 7 PM – 7 AM, and PRN as needed.
