About the role
DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. No dialysis experience is required; training will be provided and may take place in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic. You will float to various clinics during and after training and must have a flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita’s computer systems within 90 days of hire.
Pay
The wage range for this role is $27.00 - $39.00/hour. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k match and healthcare coverage.
