Licensed Veterinary Technician - LVT PawDoc Urgent Care + Surgery Dental Center

About the role

We are looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) with an active Washington LVT license to join our new PawDoc Urgent Care and Surgery Dental Center in Tacoma, Washington, opening January 2027. Earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus and be part of a team reimagining veterinary care to be more accessible, transparent, and stress-free for every pet family.

Our client-centric approach includes pre-visit digital onboarding, real-time SMS updates, a reception-less open lobby, and personalized care plans designed to build trust and reduce anxiety for pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and dental surgery support in a fast-paced, high-quality veterinary setting.
• Engage with pet owners through digital onboarding, real-time updates, and in-person consultations.
• Deliver personalized, stress-free care with a focus on the human-animal bond.
• Collaborate with a team committed to combating compassion fatigue and burnout through a supportive, wellness-focused environment.

Pay

Starting base pay between $32–$36 per hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with an active Washington LVT license.
