Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)

About the role

Lead the clinical care and management of patients at Uptown Animal Hospital & Urgent Care. Provide expert veterinary services, mentor junior staff, and drive innovation in veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of animal medical conditions
• Mentor and train veterinary assistants and technicians
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new veterinary protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Manage hospital operations and staff effectively

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited school
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills

$150,000 - $180,000 annually
