Licensed Veterinary Technician - LVT

About the role

Lead the clinical care of patients at Uptown Animal Hospital & Urgent Care in Gig Harbor, Washington. Provide expert veterinary care, mentor junior staff, and drive innovation in veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of animal medical conditions
• Mentor and train veterinary assistants and technicians
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new veterinary practices and technologies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited school
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
