Role: Licensed Veterinary Technician
Status: Full-time
Schedule: 4 x 9-hour shifts. One Saturday shift (9 am - 12 pm) per month

What You'll Do

• Mentor veterinary technicians, assistants, and kennel attendants while encouraging ongoing professional development
• Plan and coordinate duties with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, Chief of Staff, and Hospital Manager to cover daily clinical schedule
• Steps in where necessary
• Act as a liaison between staff and management; reports concerns to the Hospital Manager or Chief of Staff
• Develop, update, and teach Standard Operating Procedures
• Collaborate with Hospital Manager on hiring, scheduling, and onboarding new team members
• Maintain the highest level of patient care
