About the role

We are hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician in multiple locations: Olympia, Lacey, and Pacific. The pay range for this role is $23.11 - $33.38 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care for pets
• Perform veterinary technician appointments under the direction of a veterinarian
• Build relationships with pets and their owners
• Cultivate a positive work culture

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Veterinary Technician
• Experience in veterinary settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Education in Veterinary Technology or related field
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams (RVT, CVT)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer software and databases
• Knowledge of veterinary medicine and procedures
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
