Licensed Therapist - Residential Youth Treatment

About the role

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Licensed Therapists at Lava Heights Academy in Toquerville, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs.
• Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis.
• Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a Master's Level Degree and current specific licensure required for the State of Utah
• Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable
• One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System
• Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Qualifications

Pay

$82,000 - $92,000 Salary per year Depending on Experience.

Schedule

Manday – Friday ~ 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ~ On site – not a remote position.
