About the role

Catholic Charities of Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton Counties is a ministry of the Diocese of Lansing and is guided by Catholic Social Teaching and the moral teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Responsibilities

  • Conducts clinical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans
  • Provides individual, group, and family therapy
  • Facilitates structured therapeutic groups focused on regulation, coping skills, and resilience
  • Leads parent support and psychoeducation groups
  • Participates in IPOS meetings and transition planning
  • Contributes to multidisciplinary case reviews
  • Provides clinical guidance during escalations
  • Supports and coaches direct care staff in trauma-informed engagement
  • Maintains timely documentation
  • Contributes to court reports and discharge planning as needed

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required, along with current Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP)
  • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families is required, and residential or behavioral health experience is preferred

Pay

$34/hour

Schedule

3x12 schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with shift options of Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
