Licensed Therapist - Primary Care Setting

Responsibilities

• Offering individual and group counseling
• Collaborating with healthcare providers
• Assisting in diagnosis
• Supporting patient-centered, culturally informed care within an interdisciplinary team
• Developing treatment plans
• Participating in community outreach
• Training staff
• Contributing to program development

Qualifications

• Vary by role

For a Clinical Psychologist: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, licensed within the state, with experience in multidisciplinary primary care and working with diverse age groups.

For a Master's-level Therapist: Master’s degree in a related field, with two years of post-graduate experience, licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, and BLS certification. Additional requirements include strong communication skills, flexibility, and preferred bilingual abilities.
