About the role

Join our team as a Behavioral Health Consultant providing primary care-based behavioral health services to clients with complex or chronic needs. This role involves delivering counseling within a collaborative team, supporting primary care providers, and promoting culturally informed, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver counseling within a collaborative team setting
• Serve as a resource for primary care providers
• Promote culturally informed, evidence-based care

Requirements

• PsyD/PhD clinical psychologist degree or independently licensed Master’s-level mental health therapist
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor)
• Experience working with clients who have complex or chronic needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Cultural competency and sensitivity

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• License to practice as a mental health professional in your state
• Experience in primary care settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices
