Licensed Therapist, LMFT, LCSW or LPCC
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Licensed Therapist, LMFT, LCSW or LPCC; (First Responder and Family Counseling) Institutes of Health is seeking a licensed LMFT, LCSW or LPCC to provide confidential, trauma informed counseling through our First Responder Institute Confidential Counseling Program. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician with a strong background or interest in couples and relationship therapy. You will provide individual, family and couples counseling to first responders, public safety professionals, retirees, spouses, partners, children and adolescents. Flexible scheduling is available, including evening and weekend opportunities." That's about the role. Then "What You Will Do" list: bullet points. Then "Required Qualifications" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then "Why Join Institutes of Health?" list. Then "Apply Today" instructions (application instructions) - we must remove application instructions. Then "Institutes of Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." - remove EEO boilerplate. Then "Work Location: In person" - maybe part of schedule? It's location, not schedule. Could be part of "Schedule" or maybe we can include as a short paragraph under "About the role" or separate? There's no specific heading for location; we could include as a paragraph under "About the role" or maybe under "Schedule"? Since location is not schedule, but we have no heading for location. Could include as a paragraph under "About the role". The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So location can be a short paragraph. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting mentions "Flexible per diem and part time scheduling" under Why Join, also "Flexible scheduling is available, including evening and weekend opportunities." So we have schedule info. Benefits: "Flexible per diem and part time scheduling", "Telehealth and in clinic service options", "Meaningful work supporting first responders and their families", "Opportunities to use specialized couples and trauma treatment skills", "Collaboration with referral partners, peer support teams and community providers", "A professional environment centered on confidential, evidence based care". Those are benefits. Pay: not mentioned. So we should not create Pay section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills, Benefits, Schedule. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include only those with content. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (What You Will Do). Requirements (Required Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills maybe could be derived from Required Qualifications? But we could treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications. Skills maybe not explicitly separate; we could omit Skills if no specific skills list beyond qualifications. However we could include Skills as a section if we can extract skill-like items: "Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning skills", "Knowledge of trauma informed care, PTSD treatment protocols and crisis intervention", "Ability to maintain strict confidentiality", "Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills", "Proficiency with electronic health record systems", "Ability to provide telehealth or in clinic services", "Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation", "Current CPR and First Aid certification". Those are skills/qualifications. But they are already in Required Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could keep Required Qualifications as Requirements and maybe not have Skills separate. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Required Qualifications and Skills into Requirements? But we have headings list; we can choose to omit Skills if not distinct. Let's see: The posting includes "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". No separate Skills section. So we can map Required Qualifications -> Requirements, Preferred Qualifications -> Qualifications. Omit Skills. Benefits: from Why Join. Schedule: from Flexible scheduling info. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. We must not include Pay. Now we need to format:
