Licensed Therapist - Intermediate Level of Care
About the role
Allina Health is hiring a 1.0 FTE Mental Health Therapist at the Center for Mental Health and Addiction on the Unity Hospital campus, supporting adult partial hospital, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services. This is an on-site day-shift role. Pre-licensed candidates will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities
- Providing therapy and clinical support in PHP, Day Treatment, and IOP settings
- Working with adult populations
- Completing assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Serving as a support for patient-centered, culturally responsive behavioral health care
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field
- MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN245I.04, Subd 2-3
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years in licensed practice
- Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire or
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy required upon hire or
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required upon hire or
- Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
- Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)
Physical Demands
- Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently
Pay Range
Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour
