$65,000/annually; can increase based on education and experience

About the role

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Licensed Therapist at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas. AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care.
• Serves as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, providing services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination.
• Documents and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals.
• May provide crisis intervention, as necessary.
• Requires monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.

Requirements

• Have an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW
• Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; On-Call on rotation
