Licensed Therapist

About the role

We are seeking licensed therapists (LMHC, LICSW, and LMFT) to join our fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program. Our program supports substance-exposed individuals with a focus on prenatal and postpartum care in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Affirms and implements care strategies tailored to each member’s unique needs and the most appropriate level of care.
• Collaborates with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans.
• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults.
• Identifies and refers members to necessary social service programs, including financial, psycho-social, community, and state supportive services.
• Advocates for members and families to ensure their needs and choices are represented and supported by the healthcare team.
• Uses approved clinical criteria to assess and determine the appropriate level of care for members.
• Documents all assessments, care plans, and referrals provided.
• Achieves set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Learns and applies the StrongWell model to ensure outcome-based care.
• Presents information at interdisciplinary team meetings and utilization management rounds to assist with safe transitions of care.
• Maintains ethical stewardship of company resources and ensures punctuality and attendance during work hours.

Requirements

• Active Washington State clinical license.
• Experience with substance abuse population, particularly in maternal substance abuse.
• Background in working with adults and adolescents.
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures.
• Remote work experience.

Qualifications

• LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Washington.
• Preferred experience with substance abuse population.

• Up to $95,000 a year, plus excellent benefits package.
