About the Role

Provide individual, family, and group therapy for teens ages 12–17 in our Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment program. You'll be embedded in the milieu alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians—not isolated in an office. This is meaningful clinical work with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Requirements

Must Have: - Master's or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or MFT - Active CA license: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD - 2+ years in residential treatment, inpatient behavioral health, or high-acuity settings - Experience with adolescents in mental health or substance use treatment - Strong background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities Preferred: - 3+ years in adolescent residential or psychiatric care - Training in EMDR, relapse prevention, or motivational interviewing - Experience with family systems work and co-occurring disorders

We provide trauma-informed, relationship-centered residential treatment for teens ages 12–17 struggling with mental health and substance use challenges.
