About the role

Provide primary care-based behavioral health services to clients with complex or chronic needs.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver counseling, diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based interventions aligned with treatment plans.
• Assist with mental health diagnoses.
• Promote culturally informed care.
• Support patient navigation within the healthcare system.
• Provide consultation to primary care providers.
• Participate in developing new behavioral health programs.

Requirements

• Relevant licensure.
• Experience in primary care or behavioral health.
• BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology (Clinical Psychology).
• Licensed Master's-level therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
