Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Irving-Las Colinas, TX team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
- Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- A demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting.

Work Schedule
