About the role
Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Evergreen Park, IL.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients annually
- Treat a variety of clients including couples and children
- Help clients achieve measurable progress
- Work independently as an independently licensed clinician in Illinois
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Use modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools
- Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Open to treating a variety of clients
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology
- A good teammate

Pay
Up to $112,200.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Fully flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
