About the role

The Licensed Surveyor is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and successful delivery of land surveying projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees field and office survey teams, ensuring accurate data collection, efficient processing, and high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and company expectations. The Licensed Surveyor plays a key role in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, while also providing technical guidance in boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys. This position requires a strong understanding of land surveying principles, project lifecycle management, and team leadership.
