Licensed Surveyor

About the role

The Licensed Surveyor leads, coordinates, and ensures the successful delivery of land surveying projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees both field and office survey teams, ensuring accurate data collection, efficient processing, and high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and company expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance on boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Oversee field and office survey teams to ensure accurate data collection and efficient processing.
• Deliver high-quality surveying results that comply with regulatory standards and client expectations.

• Strong understanding of land surveying principles and project lifecycle management.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
