Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
About the role
Achieve Center in Spokane, WA invites recent graduates to join as a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support children with developmental disabilities and delays.
- Engage with children, perform evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans focusing on areas such as feeding, language, speech, and more.
- Identify each patient's needs and implement the care plan to support their growth.
- Bond with children and learn more about the field every day.
Requirements
- Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology.
- Current professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
- Ability to get on the floor and play with the kids.
- Cheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personality.
- Social and creative mindset.
- Self-motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kids.
- 2+ years of professional experience (preferred).
- Spanish fluency (preferred).
Qualifications

Pay
Depending on experience, you can make $33.65 - $41.82/hour.
Schedule
You'll work 40 hours per week with flexibility in your schedule.
