About the role

Achieve Center in Wenatchee, WA invites recent graduates to join as a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support children with developmental disabilities and delays.
  • Engage with children, perform evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans focusing on areas such as feeding, language, speech, and more.
  • Identify each patient's needs and implement the care plan to support their growth.
  • Bond with children daily and learn more about the field while making a lasting positive difference.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology.
  • Current professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
  • Ability to get on the floor and play with the kids.
  • Cheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personality.
  • Social and creative mindset.
  • Self-motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kids.
  • 2+ years of professional experience (preferred).
  • Spanish fluency (preferred).

Pay

Depending on experience, you can make $33.65 - $41.82/hour.

Schedule
