About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to join the Equinox team. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. The Spa Coordinator ensures a memorable experience for spa guests through exceptional service and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and coach staff members
• Conduct outreach marketing for the spa
• Manage daily operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
• Provide orientation tours, explaining spa amenities and answering guests' questions
• Offer detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail, and programming promotions
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker and facility areas

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
• Valid Florida Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for working with people
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
• Team-oriented mindset
