About the role
We are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday; no weekends
- Shift options: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT
- 100% remote work from home

Requirements
- Master’s level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses not supported at this time)
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred; other languages a plus
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
Pay
Compensation range: $60,000 – $63,000
