Rushton Recovery provides Medical Detox and Residential treatment services in the heart of South Lyon, MI. With a dedicated team of medical and therapeutic professionals, we offer 24/7 support during detox, individualized treatment plans for lasting recovery, and expertise in addressing the underlying symptoms of addiction. Our 30+ acre campus offers evidence‑based treatment in a structured and spacious environment. We provide a wide variety of therapeutic, recreational, and mindfulness services to promote the healing process. Our goal is to treat individuals, educate their families, and promote health through healing the mind, body, and spirit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care through individual therapy sessions.
• Facilitate group therapy and individual group counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, utilization review, and case management.
• Work on a contingent schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed (LMSW) or Limited License Social Worker (LLMSW).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Prefer experience in addiction/substance abuse.
• Strong skills in mental health counseling, patient care, clinical counseling, and social work practices.
• Proficiency in facilitating group therapy and individual group counseling sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries.
• CAADC certification or willingness to start a development plan.
