Pay

This is a W-2 straight‑commission position, not a salaried role. Clinicians earn a commission percentage of collected insurance and client payments for completed services. The commission covers all regular responsibilities, including session preparation, client sessions, scheduling and client communication, documentation, treatment planning, required meetings, and required supervision; these activities do not receive separate hourly compensation. Unlike a 1099 contractor arrangement, the W‑2 model provides employee benefits, employer‑paid payroll taxes, and applicable employment protections.
