The Social Services Director position is available at AVIR Health Group. This role is focused on providing emotional support to residents and their families, assisting with admissions, and managing the referral process.
Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Aid in the resident admissions and referral process.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work.
- Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Licensure required.
- Previous experience with nursing homes preferred.

Requirements
This position requires a Master’s degree in social work and two years of experience working in geriatrics. A valid driver’s license and licensure are also required. Previous experience with nursing homes is preferred.
