Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct social service programs at the facility in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, as well as our established policies and procedures.
• Ensure that medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
• May have direct reports such as Social Services Assistants.

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker / Director of Social Services.
• Direct experience in managing social service programs.
• Ability to provide ongoing training and education on site.
