About the role

Kleinfelder is currently seeking a New Jersey - Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). This position can be based in our Hamilton or New Providence, NJ offices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skill in:

  • Knowledge and interpretation of New Jersey regulations (e.g. SRRA, ARRCS, ISRA, TRSR, UST) and associated technical guidance documents.
  • Progressing environmental case work through the New Jersey Regulatory framework.
  • Cleanup alternatives analysis, site remediation design and implementation, technical impracticability application, and overall project construction/remediation oversight.
  • Effective communication with team members, clients and stakeholders.
  • Work scope development, project budget management, work structure breakdown, and project schedule forecasting.
  • Quality management, risk analysis, and mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Kleinfelder policies and procedures for safety, loss prevention, project proposing and delivery.
  • Work effectively with project staff to monitor and control projects to achieve financial target metrics for all assigned projects.
  • Mentor and coach project team members and provide constructive feedback on team member work products and performance.
  • Execute projects to meet or exceed client expectations while meeting industry standards of care.
  • Work with clients, professional organizations and client account management to identify, develop, and propose on future work assignments.
  • Write technical memos, regulatory reports, workplans, proposals, and prepare cost estimates.
  • Effectively use Kleinfelder workflows and processes to secure project resources, complete proposals, maintain project records, monitor project progression, and close out.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Geology or related technical field
  • 12+ years of remedial assessment design and implementation
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • NJDEP Licensed Site Remediation Professional in good standing
  • 40-hr. HAZWOPER training with annual 8-hour refresher training

Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.

Pay

The expected salary range for the position is $97,000.00 - $142,000.00. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
