Summary The Showing Partner plays a key role in showcasing residential properties to prospective buyers with professionalism and expertise. Responsibilities include leading clients through property tours and helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the home-buying journey. A valid Michigan real estate license is required.Compensation is commission-based. Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.Conduct property showings with professionalism and courtesy.Provide knowledgeable and engaging client interactions during tours.Communicate client feedback and preferences to agents.Coordinate and schedule showings efficiently.Follow up with clients after showings to address questions and gather feedback. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.Quick learner with the ability to effectively communicate property details and benefits.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent client service.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.Active Michigan real estate license (required).Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
