• Support your lead agent in managing listings, offers, and transactions
• Build your knowledge, confidence, and network — preparing to become a full-time agent yourself

Qualifications

• Energetic, motivated, and hungry to learn
• Licensed (or actively pursuing your license) in Florida
• A people person with strong communication and organizational skills
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ready to take initiative, follow direction, and grow into a full-fledged agent

Pay

$30,000 - $50,000/year
