Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a culture of respect, customer appreciation, and great earnings
• Set the tone and culture for the West St. Paul store
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of hair stylists
• Provide expert men's and boys' haircutting services
• Coach team members on the Sport Clips process and technical standards
• Drive clientele growth using provided marketing tools and support
• Manage salon operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance

Requirements

• Manager's Salon License
• Active Minnesota Cosmetology license
• 3+ years of salon experience
• Passion for styling men and boys
• 1+ years of management experience staffing a team
• Coachable on the Sport Clips process with desire to become an artist expert in men's and boys' styling
• Commission experience
